Community Manager


Role

As community manager, you will be Avenue8’s main ambassador and a core part of our team. You will be responsible for ensuring that the day to day operations run smoothly. 

Community Building

  • Organize community events to help foster strong relationships among membersMaintain a positive culture built upon Avenue8’s mission  

Tenant Management

  • Support tenants through the Avenue8 Concierge
  • Maintain good relationship with all members
  • Manage new member onboarding
  • Manage invoicing for all members
  • Ensure all tenant data are up to date
  • Manage and distribute mails and package for all onsite and virtual office members

Event Management

  • Organize events to foster a strong sense community, e.g. after hours networking sessions, member luncheon etc
  • Coordinate 3rd party events and handle logistics for meetings and events, including, but not limited to, managing catering service and preparing venue

Facility Management

  • Create a warm and welcoming for all members and guests
  • Ensure that the office is clean and pantry is well stocked
  • Manage inventory
  • Liaise with vendors and building management
  • Manage day to day operations
  • Manage coworking space, meeting room, and event space bookings
  • Manage onsite staff
  • Manage operations budget and P&L statement

Sales & Marketing

  • Ensure that Avenue8 remains competitive in local market
  • Coordinate tours for prospective members
  • Respond to sales leads in a timely manner
  • Manage Avenue8’s social media account

 

About You

We are looking for an energetic community manager who believes in Avenue8’s mission as much as we do.  Ideally you are a self starter who is able to work autonomously under minimal guidance and supervision. You are presentable, polite, patient, outgoing and approachable.

  • Strong verbal and communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Honest, dependable, and responsible

Requirement

At least 1 year experience in office management, customer service, hospitality or sales. Basic accounting knowledge is a plus. Experience in hospitality is a plus.  Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken, is a MUST.
