Mklaud AP focus on digital ad platform to provide a synergized system for optimizing E-Commerce's goals to obtain a significant increase in sales with certain substantial amount of advertising investment on Mklaud's ad platform and network.

Mklaud's no. 1 ad platform on Korea pretty much cover majority of online advertisement at all Korean publishers.

Mklaud is searching for talented people to fill in positions and grow together. We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.


Sales Manager


Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Qualifications:

  • Age minimum:
    • - 30 years old (Sales Manager) .
  • Experience
    • Sales Manager:
      • 7+ years of sales dan marketing (especially in tele marketing)
      • 3+ years management level
      • 1 year in digital industry related is a must
  • Education
    • Graduated from reputable university
    • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
    • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Skills
    • Strong communication skills to confidently explain information and converse with customers/clients
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
    • Successful previous experience as a sales person
    • Proven ability in driving sales processes
    • Organizational skills to effectively process all paperwork/products
    • Achievement-motivated to work with Mklaud Adhi Pratama to set and surpass realistic goals

Working Conditions:

  • Work Hours
    • 8-hour shift
    • 8:00 am-4:30 pm
    • Monday to Friday
